We'd love to have you as a customer. Here's a check list to make switching banks a little bit easier.

  1. Open a checking or savings account. Stop by any branch to open your account(s) or open your account(s) online. Then use the forms below to initiate or change your direct deposits or automatic payments and close your old account. NOTE: OPENING AN ACCOUNT ONLINE APPLIES TO PERSONAL ACCOUNTS ONLY.

  2. Move direct deposits to your new Bristol County Savings Bank account. To authorize direct deposit of all or part of your pay, just print and complete the Easy Switch Direct Deposit form and give it to your payroll department. To authorize direct deposit of other accounts, such as Social Security payments, please print and complete the Easy Switch ACH Direct form and mail it directly to each organization. Or just bring the form to your local branch and let us take care of it for you. NOTE: THIS STEP APPLIES TO PERSONAL ACCOUNTS ONLY.

  3. Switch automatic payments to your Bristol County Savings Bank account. Print and complete the Easy Switch Auto Payments form for each service provider or loan company that you pay automatically. Mail the authorization letter directly to each company or stop by a branch and let us take care of it for you.

  4. Now you're ready to close your former bank account. Once all your outstanding electronic deposits and payments have cleared and you’ve received your new debit or ATM card, you can close your old account. Simply print and complete the Easy Switch Account Close Out Form and send it to your former bank. Or visit a branch and let us take care of it for you.

Questions? That’s easy, too. Just call 508-828-5420 or pop into any branch.
