Our numbers speak for themselves when it comes to our turnover rates and longevity. The average tenure of our employees is 10 years and over 60 employees have been with the Bank for over 20 years.

We support a healthy work-life balance.

We have a healthy time off policy and on the whole our employees are not working 70 hours a week over long periods of time. We all understand when special circumstances come into play but we still have a healthy balance.
