A more than 25-year veteran of the mortgage industry, Suzanne Parker is a Mortgage Consultant for Bristol County Savings Bank. Suzanne possesses a myriad of experience working within all aspects of the mortgage process. She is well versed in conventional underwriting guidelines and specializes in New Construction, Land Loans, Purchase-Rehab and Jumbo Mortgages.  Whatever the situation, she is ready to work with her customers to meet their mortgage financing needs. Suzanne is a 35 year resident of Assonet where she lives with her husband.
