Bristol County Savings Bank Provides Commercial Financing for 479 West Ave Pawtucket RI

In May 2020, Bristol County Savings Bank provided $2.9 million in construction financing for a commercial mixed-use property located at 479 West Avenue in Pawtucket RI. The borrower, a real estate developer, has improved the property to now consist of 16 residential units and two commercial units.

The Borrower, overcoming challenges during the construction process stemming from COVID-19 and satisfying environmental requirements, required a sophisticated banking partner that understood the construction process and was willing to work through complicated situations.

Post-construction Bristol County Savings Bank provided a $4 million permanent Commercial Mortgage Loan, refinancing the Business Construction Loan and allowing the Borrower to capitalize on equity in the real estate.
