Kelly Masefield Appointed to Senior Vice President/Operations Officer

TAUNTON, MA, November 27, 2023 — Bristol County Savings Bank (BCSB), headquartered in Taunton, Massachusetts, has named Kelly Masefield to the position of Senior Vice President/Operations Officer. In this capacity, Masefield is responsible for overseeing the Bank’s deposit operations, loan operations, electronic banking, call center and ITM (Interactive Teller Machine) operations.

Prior to Masefield’s appointment at the Bank, the more than 20-year veteran of the banking and mortgage industry held several positions, including First Vice President-Banking Operations & Loan Servicing Officer and First Vice President-Director of Loan Servicing at HarborOne Bank in Brockton, Massachusetts and Vice President-Loan Servicing with First Citizens’ Federal Credit Union, Fairhaven, Massachusetts.

Masefield has served as Secretary of the COCC Client User Group Board and is active in the community, previously acting as a Team Captain and Coordinator for the Old Colony YMCA Annual Campaign and a volunteer with United Way of Greater Plymouth County in Brockton. She earned her bachelor’s degree in Marketing from Bentley University in Waltham, Massachusetts. Masefield resides in Abington, Massachusetts.
